Open mind Yachting” a pris en chage le convoyage de mon tout nouveau Solaris 50 de Monfalcone (Italy) à Saint-Tropez. J'étais à bord pour la première partie du convoyage à destination de Corfu (Grèce). J'ai été impressionné par le professionnalisme et les connaissances de Pierre ! I spend 7 weeks with Pierre this past summer, on my brand new yacht “ I Neverland” ( Solaris 50) .

During this time I had on board different group of friends and family, and we sailed from Sardinia to Corsica to the French and Italian Riviera and from there on, Pierre and myself transfer the yacht to Greece, where she will be stationed.

Although Pierre is an easy going person and our relation was never very strict, he exhibited professionalism and despite being a pleasant company, he was very discreet when needed.

Pierre is a very energetic person, an experienced sailor and he can handle the yacht under any circumstances in a expert manner. He loves his job and he took thorough care of my yacht.

Our time together was very pleasant, there was never a conflict, and all my guests were very fond of him. When our collaboration came to an end I was regretful parting with him.

I hope we will have the opportunity to sail together again in the future.

“Open mind Yachting” a pris en charge le convoyage de notre tout nouveau Lagoon 450 des Sables d'Olonnes (France) à destination de Cambrils (Espagne). Ils ont pris soin de mon bateau comme si c'était le leur, ce qui a permis de régler une multitude de détails avec le chantier avant le grand départ. Ils se sont aussi occupés de tout l'aspect administratif ce qui nous a fait gagner un temps considérable. Il s'est avéré très rapidemment que nous avions affaire à des professionnels passionnés. En résumé...... Nous recommencerions les yeux fermés avec “Open Mind Yachting”.

“Open Mind Yachting” delivered my elderly Bavaria 43 from Thyboron ( Denmark ) to Dublin (Ireland) . Due to poor weather they had to wait a week before crossing the North sea and a couple of technical issues were encountered during the crossing. Pierre took all of these difficulties in his stride and I can highly recommend him as delivery skipper.

La première fois que j'ai navigué avec Pierre, j'ai été impressionné par son professionnalisme et sa capacité à résoudre une multitude de problèmes. Je me souviens par exemple, d'une sortie ou nous avons été surpris par un grain violent. Pierre a réagi rapidemment et a réussi à affaler le code 0 et le mette dans son sac en un temps record alors que j'étais moi pétrifié ! Nous avons passé de bons moments ensemble sur l'eau. Two years I entrusted my yacht to “ Open Mind Yachting”. A delivery from la Rochelle ( France) to Kiel (Germany) in the middle of November. The weather was rough and this delivery could only be entrusted by a good professional. I was able to follow the route of Pierre , his choices were cautious and my yacht delivered on time. Only a culinary gadget did not withstand a surf at more than 15 knots ! Thanks “ Open Mind Yachting”

To whom it may concern. Pierre was employed by me for about 8 months to sail and maintain my swan 48. Often I was onboard ,or Pierre would organize crew and move the yacht to the next destination. The route was from Marseille ( France) to Gibraltar via the Balearic Islands and Valencia ( Spain). Onwards to Marocco , the Canary Islands,Arc to St Lucia then cruising the Carribean to the British Virgin Islands . He arranged commissioning and laying up. Pierre is a safe,experienced skipper with a likeable personality and always does a good job. I will gladly sail with him in the future!

Début octobre, dans le cadre de la participation de mon bateau à la Middle Sea race, nous avons confié notre bateau à “ Open mind Yachting pour le convoyer de Dénia ( Alicante-Espagne) à Malte, soit environ 700 Nm.

Nous sommes restés régulièrement en contact pendant le convoyage, que Pierre a assuré de façon très pro, dans des conditions météos difficiles et sans escales.

Une semaine plus tard nous avons retrouvé Mockingbird à Malte, dans un état impeccable, prêt à prendre le départ de cette très belle course, pour laquelle Pierre nous à d'ailleurs fait le plaisir d'intégrer l'équipage. Merci à “ Open mind Yachting” pour cette prestation sans fautes!

L'été dernier, nous sommes partis pour 3 semaines, destination la Corse puis la Sardaigne, sur un Dehler 46. Même si nous sommes habitués à naviguer, choisir de partir avec un skipper professionnel tel que Pierre offre beaucoup d‘avantages : une sécurité renforcée par mauvais temps, le choix des bons mouillages et la connaissance des sites, l‘apprentissage continu pour mieux manœuvrer et naviguer. Pierre a été très à l‘écoute de nos attentes, très disponible pour nous guider dans les manœuvres, n‘hésitant pas à nous conseiller pour améliorer nos pratiques d’arrivée de port et de mouillage. Sa discrétion, sa gentillesse et son assurance tranquille ont permis que ce séjour soit inoubliable.
